In order to respect the environment and the traditions of her ancestors, Danielle Meunier practises integrated farming, taking into account changing climatic conditions. The winemaking process begins at the moment of pruning, by looking at how the vine reacted the previous year. Each vine stock is considered in this way and the work carried out during the growing season has a positive impact on the quality of the wine.

Whilst looking to anticipate, you also have to accept what nature gives you!
