Using integrated farming methods, and always with great sensitivity to each individual vine, the work in the vineyard aims to respect and restore the unique characteristics of this terroir.
No weedkillers, ploughing and aeration of the soil from spring to autumn, green harvesting to encourage quality, manual harvesting guided by the ripeness of the grapes – these are all harmonious farming practices.

Respectful winemaking
Attention to detail and rigour are the hallmarks of the work carried out in the winery.
A traditional approach that emphasises respect for the fruit and the terroir is favoured. The grapes are hand-picked to ensure a rigorous selection of berries.
Fermentation takes place in vats with precise temperature control to preserve the aromas and specific characteristics of each plot.
The wines are matured in French oak barrels for 12 to 18 months.
